I also capture audio from iTunes, Spotify, Safari, and QuickTime and send that to it's own stereo output. So basically I created a session in Audio Hijack that captures audio from ProPresenter, and sends it to a stereo output. I found Audio Hijack and it's been amazing: it lets you capture audio from any application and route it to a separate output device! Magical! It also lets you bring an input device in and record it to a file.
